Short version: we only hold what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it. The rest of this page is the detail the law asks for.

Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries. Your name, email, budget range and what you write in the form or send by email.
• Server logs. Our host records IP addresses and request details for security and to keep the site up. These are kept briefly and then deleted.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own, which is why you are not being asked to accept any.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, meaning we are replying to someone who contacted us about work, or performance of a contract once one exists.

How long

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for six years after the work ends, because HMRC requires it.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the business: our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email provider, and our accountant. We do not sell data or pass it to advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within one month. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
