Deckside
Weave, the paid feature in our tarot journal, reads a whole spread as one answer to the question the user asked. The cards and question go to an AI model only when someone asks for a reading. About Deckside.
AI, where it helps · Qualia Labs, Kent, UK
We do not add AI for its own sake. We find the step your team does by hand many times a week, point a model at that, and design how people check its work.
01 / What we build
First drafts of replies, quotes and reports, written for someone to check and send.
Incoming emails, forms and documents routed to the right person or pile.
Names, dates, amounts and details pulled out of documents and into your system.
Long threads, calls and reports turned into the few lines someone needs.

03 / How it works
Every build starts with a paid one-week scoping sprint. We take the idea apart and hand back a written spec and a fixed price, which is yours to keep whether or not you continue, and its cost comes off the build. Then clickable screens before any production code, the build in two-week blocks, launch, and a handover with everything in your name.
There are two of us, Sharan on software and product and Daniel on design and brand, and we do the work ourselves. How we work · Ways to work together
Most projects run between £25,000 and £75,000 depending on scope.
04 / Questions
Only to the model, and only when a task needs it. The spec names the provider and exactly what is sent before anything is built.
Usually, yes. We map the workflow in the scoping week and fit the AI step into it rather than asking your team to change how they work.
We design for that from the start, with a person checking anything that matters before it goes out.
Fixed, after the scoping sprint. Most of our projects run between £25,000 and £75,000 depending on scope.
