Booking systems, client portals and the internal tools a business runs on.

When an off-the-shelf tool almost fits, the gap gets filled with spreadsheets and email. We build the system around how your business actually works, at a fixed price agreed after a one-week scoping sprint.

01 / What we build

What that looks like.

aBooking systems

Appointments, visits, classes or calls, with reminders and calendar feeds. Your rules for who can book what, and when.

bClient portals

A private place where your clients see their project, documents and messages, instead of asking you by email.

cDashboards

The numbers you check every morning, pulled together from the tools you already use.

dInternal tools

Job tracking, approvals and checklists that replace the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.

02 / Work

Built and running.

03 / How it works

Fixed price, after one week.

Every build starts with a paid one-week scoping sprint. We take the idea apart and hand back a written spec and a fixed price, which is yours to keep whether or not you continue, and its cost comes off the build. Then clickable screens before any production code, the build in two-week blocks, launch, and a handover with everything in your name.

There are two of us, Sharan on software and product and Daniel on design and brand, and we do the work ourselves. How we work · Ways to work together

Most projects run between £25,000 and £75,000 depending on scope.

04 / Questions

Before you ask.

Why not use an off-the-shelf booking tool?

If one fits, use it. Under about £25,000 an existing tool is usually the better choice, and we will tell you which one. We build when your rules, your data or your clients do not fit a template.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Yes. Calendars, payments, email and the other systems you rely on are mapped out in the scoping week, so the fixed price includes them.

How long does it take?

A product build is usually 8 to 12 weeks after a one-week scoping sprint. You see working software at the end of every two-week block.

Who owns it?

You do. Repository, accounts and domains are in your name from day one.
